I think I pulled a muscle today in the gym…
I did a cartwheel and now the mucle on the back of my thigh hurts! It hurt also while I was doing a bit of stretching, just sitting in a straddle position and it hurt even more if in the straddle I tried to touch my foot, but I just thought I was out of shape and that’s my “bad” split leg, then I did a catwheel and it still hurts!
