Personally, I think soccer teams tend to have their own style so it’s easy for me to pick which team I like best (Argentina for the boys, I haven’t really watched Women’s Soccer :( ). Football I just don’t get.

I don’t know anything about soccer, even if it’s like it’s the only existing sport here, I live five minutes away from the stadium and the only soccer game I’ve ever seen was when I was nine and it was one of those charity games where singers/actors play, so I don’t know enough to get the different styles, I also find soccer games quite boring, I watch a bit every four years for the world cup, because it looks more fun than the usual games in Italy, where a lot of times it ends up in fights between supporters, or supporters and police and stuff like that… I also don’t understand how people can still like the sport and support a team after we found out that players, clubs etc were corrupted, but that’s another issue… 

I just see people freaking out over their favorite team or hating on other teams and I just don’t understand what’s the big deal… But I’m crazy about gymnastics so I guess I can’t really judge other people on their sports :P

Football is a big mystery to me, my knowledge of it comes from Friday Night Lights (one of my favorite Tv shows ever!) and after five seasons I still haven’t understood what the rules are, I know there a player called quarterback and the touchdown is worth like 5 points (or 6?), that’s it…
