I know it’s early to tell but Afanasyeva has pretty good chances of being on the Olympic team, right? Right?
She hit alla faour routines yesterday and today, scoring 58-59 in the AA (I don’t know how reliable these scores are). I want her in London! With a medal (or several medals)!

Mustafina won, Afanasyeva 2nd, then Grishina, Inshina and Pavlova!
We can’t really compare the scores with those of other international competitions because the russians give bonus for some routines (but I don’t know which ones)
Anyway, I’m happy Aliya is competing AA again, and Afan is second! Also good for Pavlova, still among the best, wouldn’t it be great if she made the Olympics team? (I doubt she will, but I’ll stop dreaming about it when they announce the official team!)
Komova, Nabieva, Sidorova and Dementyeva didn’t compete.
